Mattresses From Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, & Vietnam Injure U.S

Cecilia

Updated: Apr 30, 2021

The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) states that the U.S. industry has been materially harmed by the imports of mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam that have been determined to be sold in the United States for less than fair value and subsidized by the government of China. Due to the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the U.S. Department of Commerce has decided to initiate antidumping orders on mattress imports from these areas and will continue their countervailing duty order investigations on the imports of this product from China.
