People's Republic of China Twist Ties , Under Antidumping and Countervailing Duties Investigations

The Department of Commerce has started its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty on twist ties made in the People's Republic of China.

"Importers should be aware that entries of subject merchandise made after the initiation of an AD/CVD investigation may retroactively be subject to AD/CVD cash deposits."
